I found this great place wandering around Paris, wonderful bagel find. I had the bagel with pastrami, cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
Service was fast and friendly, bagel was one of the best I've had....the neighborhood is very fun and bohemian....don't miss this place! -

Morry's is a great establishment that is located right by my "campus" for the summer. I stop by on occasion when I'm in a rush but still want decent food. I've had the one with tuna and avocado and the pastrami one as well. I thoroughly enjoy every bite of the sandwich! The sandwiches are reasonably priced at 4-7 euros depending on the ingredients and also come with a side of French coleslaw. I like how the bagels are a little thinner than usual because it doesn't overwhelm the other ingredients in the sandwich.
If you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite, definitely stop by! -

First and last bagel experience in Paris. It was toasted without any request that it be toasted. It purportedly contained lox but very little was visible to the untrained eye. It cost an arm and a leg. Oy.
PS I forgot to add that this is not a decent bagel either. No adequate tear. Just round bread. -

I think I'd give Morry's Bagels a 3.5, but I don't mind rounding up because it's pretty good. I'm a fan because it's a good bagel (and I'm from NY) and there's a really good variety of bagels and stuff in the bagel. It's definitely French, but they've taken an American concept and altered it well. Prices are what you'd expect from a trendy bagel place in Paris.
I got the Magret de Canard (5.80€), which has a thin slice of magret de canard (in the bagel, it's sort of like lox ...), guacamole, cream cheese, greens, and sundried tomatoes. I got it on an onion bagel, and it was perfectly toasted and warm. It tasted really good, though I was disappointed that the magret de canard was not actually duck breast. :( They also give you a carrotty coleslaw on the side, which is pretty good.
Overall, I'd recommend Morry's. It looks like it's pretty popular with Parisians and tourists alike, so I think you can get away with speaking English. It's pretty funny to hear the words "Grand Central" pronounced with a French accent :p It's a great to-go meal. :)
